The Good Times pattern is a slim A-line skirt with a reverse seam detail that makes the most of a beautiful selvedge. And it has huge pockets! It continues the Maven ethos of making well thought out practical patterns to fill a need in your wardrobe for many years to come. 

This skirt is fitted through the hip and has been designed to be made in 2-way stretch denim, taking takes advantage of those gorgeous selvedges that no one wants to throw away! 

Don’t worry if your favourite denim has a less than perfect selvedge - there are four other seam finishes for you to try.

The pattern also has two hem options to choose from – finished with contrast fabric facing and deep topstitching or an on-trend raw edge finish.

The waistband cleverly uses the reverse of the denim for a delightful contrast. A centre back channelled zip finishes at the top of the waistband for a clean contemporary finish.

The pattern is designed for UK sizes 8-20 and would suit intermediate sewists.
