One for our four-legged friends, the Barka is a simple dog coat that can be sewn bagged out with a lining or lined with bound edges. The seam allowance is 1cm, unless stated otherwise.

Skill level: advanced beginner.

Fabric suggestions include oilskin, dry oilskin, cotton jacquard, mid- to heavy cotton canvas or twill, mid-weight denim, or corduroy. For the lining, consider a barrier lining or a simple stable cotton.
