These lovelies from Cohana - in their white Christmas 2018 design - are made by Meizan Gama, a ceramics manufacturer founded in 1622 in Shiga Prefecture. As Cohana notes, Shirigaki ware is distinguished by an earthy charm. A magnet has been inserted into the button so it’s handy for needles, pins, and paper clips.
